Climbing Technology Click Up+
The Click Up+ is a passive assisted-braking device from Climbing Technology; it weighs 110 g and lowering is released by hand at the device, with no lever. Rated for single ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm, with one rope slot. It rappels on a single strand. In stock at 11 shops from 56.67 EUR.
The successor to the Click Up, for single dynamic ropes of 8.5 to 11 mm, for indoor and crag climbing. A new body geometry and carabiner-holding layout pay out rope more smoothly, and the patented V-Proof System, a mobile partition, helps the device rotate and lock if the brake-hand rope closes the V-angle during a fall. The belayer holds a fall with the brake hand on the free end and lowers with slight pressure on the device. 110 g; EN 15151-2:2012 type 2; supplied with the Concept SGL HC carabiner, which it must be used with.
