DMM's answer to the lowering-in-guide-mode problem. The Pivot features a unique pivot mechanism that makes lowering a second in guide mode dramatically easier than competing devices. Where the ATC Guide and Reverso require workarounds to release an auto-blocked climber, the Pivot's design allows a controlled lower with a simple lever motion. A favorite among UK trad climbers.
