The lace-up version of Boreal's Silex, a comfortable mid-grade routes shoe. A flat, symmetric last, full-length midsole and durable Zenith Quattro rubber give support and precision for climbers building skills on slabs and vertical terrain. Lacing adds an even, adjustable fit over the velcro Silex.

Fit profile: wide width, standard forefoot volume, medium heel, suits egyptian toe shapes.
No stretch expected; minimal break-in.
Stiffness
Measured stiffness: 0.63 on our 0-1 scale (0 = softest). Among flat shoes it sits between the La Sportiva Mythos (0.60, softer) and the Scarpa Velocity (0.70, stiffer).
