Scarpa Vapor S Women's
Scarpa
Women's take on the Vapor S, pairing the same sticky XS Grip 2 sole and M50 toe patch with a lower-volume last. The Bi-Tension system gives it more structure than the rubber softness implies - strong enough to edge on thin holds, sensitive enough to trust on smeary volumes. A genuine do-everything shoe for intermediate to advanced female climbers.
Best For
Best for sport climbing and bouldering on slab, vertical and overhang terrain. Aimed at intermediate to advanced climbers.
Strengths & Trade-offs
Strengths
- Soft XS Grip 2 reads texture through the sole
- Lower volume eliminates heel slip common in unisex Vapors

- Full midsole prevents foot fatigue on long sessions
- Strap tension adapts quickly to swelling feet
Trade-offs
- Grip 2 rubber wears faster than Edge on real rock
- Slight downturn may feel odd for pure beginners
- Narrower fit won't suit wider feet
