Scarpa's entry shoe for young climbers, sold as Piki J by most retailers and as Piki-Y on Scarpa's own store. Flat, foot-friendly last, a wide single velcro strap a child can work alone, a soft neoprene heel that holds without pinching, and full-length 4 mm Vision rubber for grip that survives an indoor season. There is no forefoot midsole: the 4 mm of rubber plus an EVA insert carry a light climber instead.

How the Piki J fits
Sold in paired sizes (27/28, 29/30, 31/32, 33/34, 35/36). Fit it comfortably snug - this is a comfort last, not a performance one, and a child will grow out of it long before it wears out.
