Evolv Defy Lace
Evolv
Lace-up version of the Defy, Evolv's entry-level all-rounder. A full-length 1.6mm plastic midsole gives a flat, supportive platform, and the asymmetric lace closure tightens the fit further than the strap version. TRAX SAS rubber at 3.5mm stays sticky on gym holds without wearing through quickly.

Measured stiffness: 0.31 on our 0-1 scale (0 = softest). Among flat shoes it sits between the Red Chili Circuit Junior (0.27, softer) and the Scarpa Force (0.40, stiffer).
