Boreal Diabolo

The Diabolo is a firm, flat-lasted velcro shoe from Boreal for sport climbing and trad and multi-pitch. Boreal lists it as narrow-width with a narrow heel. In stock at 6 shops from 63.80 EUR.

A comfortable multi-pitch shoe that still edges precisely enough for sport routes indoors and out. The snug fit comes from a low-volume Slim Fit last, a flat build through the toes and a slim heel, and a deformation-resistant midsole with microfibre through the forefoot is what keeps that fit from packing out. Boreal's own Zenith Pro rubber, 4 to 4.5 mm, gives the friction. Made in Spain.
