A moderate downturn, half-length midsole and Boreal's sticky Zenith Pro rubber balance precision on edges and pockets with sensitivity for steeper sport and bouldering. Single velcro strap; also offered as the lace-up Crux Lace.

Fit profile: medium width, standard forefoot volume, medium heel, suits egyptian toe shapes.

Minimal stretch expected; minimal break-in.

Stiffness

Measured stiffness: 0.48 on our 0-1 scale (0 = softest). Among moderately downturned shoes it sits between the Scarpa Instinct VS (0.41, softer) and the La Sportiva Miura VS (0.56, stiffer).
